Buying and Selling used cars is a passion for Danie Slabbert and because of this he ventured into his own Vehicle Dealership known as Top Cars Pre Owned in 2006. To date the business has sold over 2500 used cars to satisfied Customers.
Danie grew up in Johannesburg and started his career in the Tyre Business. He spent 9 years in the Industry and moved to Nelspruit to open a new branch for Autoquip. Produkta Motors had their vehicles fitted at Autoquip and Danie quickly realised that he was following in the footsteps of his father, who had spent his life in the Vehicle Sales Business. With this huge passion for the “shiny metal”, in 2003 he accepted a position at Produkta and quickly worked his way into management. Then came the Inception of Top Cars Pre-Owned bringing along with it Danie’s Value System “ to treat everyone with Respect. Honesty and Integrity being the Backbone of his livelyhood in anything he does, whether in Business or Life”
When buying in Vehicles Danie offers fare Prices and he bases his Purchase on the Honesty of the Seller. Nobody knows their Vehicle better than themselves. So when selling these vehicles it’s on the basis that the New Owner receive the exact same information we have received. All vehicles are thoroughly checked for mechanical integrity before being placed on the Show Room Floor.
Danie has Surrounded himself with a Strong Team
Magda de Jager is the F&I Manager and takes absolute Pride in her Task. Magda has been in the Vehicle Sales Industry for 17 years now and all of that as an F&I Manager. She has built strong Relationships with our Finance Partners and exceeds Customer Expectation when Negotiating Finance. She is Danie’s “Right hand Lady” and is always eager to Assist with all facets of the business.
Zachele Khoza has been under Danie’s wing for over a year now and has become and exceptional Sales Executive. Having worked for Star Motors for 2 years, Zachele built a solid foundation in Vehicle Sales. He has gone from strength to strength and takes care in ensuring that the vehicles he sells are polished, cleaned and double checked before Delivery.
Steven Lawrence joined Danie’s team in 2017, Steven is experienced in sales and marketing gained from experience in the freight logistics and golf sales environments. Steven is a customer oriented person and believes that customer satisfaction is not negotiable.
